I am Life Coach Vjohn,
a Purposeful Leadership Expert.
My mission is to help people achieve their dream life: where motivation turns into action, and action drives lasting transformation — in individuals, in teams, and in organizations.
My Story
From being entrusted with classrooms at age 7 to serving as Student Council and College President, leadership found me early. It wasn’t about age or position — it was about building trust, bridging people together, and breaking barriers.
That same drive carried me into government, where I led barangay captains twice my age, and into corporate, where I became UnionBank’s youngest management trainee, known not just for hitting targets but for building culture. Later, I bridged business and government, helping leaders from both worlds collaborate and move forward.
But my true calling has always been people. For over a decade, I’ve mentored students, parents, professionals, and leaders — guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and connection. When COVID hit, I realized this wasn’t just something I did — it was who I am.

Today, as Life Coach Vjohn (LCV), I’ve trained with Coach Masters Academy in Singapore, earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation, and now work full-time as a speaker and transformational coach.
Since 2021, I’ve partnered with 55+ organizations and coached over 300 individuals across industries — from SM and DepEd to Sanofi, Bose, and more.
